Week 51
Not much to say about this week. As you might have noticed, there have been only a couple of posts this week, the reason being my college exams. I’ve just finished my mid-term examinations and I’ve still not gotten over them. That was the reason behind this week’s lack of posts.

To cover up the lack of material to write about, I will tell you about the week in general.

1. Last Sunday, TechnoBeta underwent a series of tests with AJAX, and I’m proud to say it worked out pretty well. The Blog has now been completely AJAXed to everyone’s liking.

2. Tuesday was filled with joy. There were two main events which took place on Tuesday. To begin with, I started the day by finding out the result of Ashok’s Personal Contest in which I had won !

3. What followed the contest was something i had been waiting for since a long time. It was the purchase of my personal domain, SantoshGS.Com. Quite a nice day indeed.

4. Friday was the day I helped an inexperienced blogger, Joel Fernandes to setup his own blog and forum at GoTechno.org. I have to say, he was over whelmed and happy.

5. This brings me to today. Today was the day I launched 1to5, a URL Shrinking Service. Launched as a Beta, 1to5 has already got more than 30 unique URLs shrunk in less than 6 hours (as of now). The purchase of this TLD domain has taken the number of domains I own to 6.
