Time to go Web 2.0 TechnoBeta Blog !

Since Connections was a little well known theme, i wanted to get a new look for TechnoBeta Blog. The new Theme is called Binary Blue and its got lots of goodies with it !

I loved this theme as soon as i saw it. It had everything i wanted - built in plug-ins, widgets, and best of all - AJAX ! I always wanted to AJAXify my blog and was waiting for the right theme. Guess i found it ! Lets get into the detail of the theme shall we ?

• First off, the AJAX part. Try clicking on the Headers in the Sidebar (like Syndicate, Archives, etc). With Ajax, you can toggle the view!
• Next is the Comments Inline Function. With this, there’s no need to visit the post’s main page to read all the comments. You can just click on Inline Comments link and it shows you the comments within the same page !
• The final Ajax mod, would be the search feature (and this is what I really love about this theme). Just key in some words and viola ! Instant Results :)

Although the author has made sure to include as many features as possible, and to make it as easy as possible, the theme had a huge problem - language. Everything was in German ! Man, i had to constantly use Google Translator to translate every code written ! What a pain in the you-know-what ! It took a long time (and a good Sunday morning) to finish decoding the entire theme’s pages, but when i did finish it, the result really pumped me up ! (so much so that I’ve decided to learn Ajax and make my own AJAX WP Theme)
