Wii update for PAL users?

Rumour has it that Nintendo has released a Wii update to the OS, howeverit is now known what it is for. When the Update is finished it simply states that the parental controls have been added. This update appears to bring the Wii from version 2.0 to 2.1.
Since it’s only a .1 increment update, any new features are probably ruled out but it could be a fix to the Virtual Console region switch or simple bug fixes?
So far it is known that this update is available only for PAL users.

Parental control? As in kids are reduced to playing Pacman and mario ?

The parents will have to aks their kids to help them enable parental control =))
